Summary: Arrived late and was quickly checked in. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had lots of grab n go and hot options. Ended up needing to add a night due to a medical emergency and Lori was AMAZING, keeping us in the same room. Would absolutely stay again!

Summary: The hotel is easy to get to. The lady at the front deak was nice, however she seemed as if she were in a hurry to get us checked in. I always check the room out as soon as I get in and found a spider molting on the bed. I didn't think too much of it until I found the spider it belonged to on the floor. It was a brown recluse. I squished it and moved on. Although cool, the room was very humid! The bed was too firm for my liking, but my husband thought it was fine. The water pressure and water temp were good. They also give you a dark make-up removing towel to use and Dove brand hand soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The isn't any face soap though. There isn't really any ventilation in the bathroom, so after taking a shower, everything is moist and the floor slick. Breakfast was edible. Nothing was really hot. There is a pancake maker that I recommend you stay away from unless you enjoy flat, rubbery pancakes. Check-out was quick and easy. I did let the lady at check-out know about the spider. She gave me an email address so I could send photo evidence. I do have to say this is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at. Would I stay there again? Maybe.

Summary: Great hotel. We stayed 2 weekends in May for graduation ceremonies we attended. Hotel was very clean and the lighting in the rooms was the best we have ever seen in a hotel - lights everywhere. We only had breakfast 1 day but it was very good - everything was fresh and hot. The new pancake machine was pretty cool - had never seen one of those before. The only complaint we had was that we stayed on the 4th floor for our second stay and it took forever to get hot water - well over 5 minutes of running the water in the shower and the sink - that was alot of wasted water. Right after taking a shower, to get hot water in the sink, it took another 5+ minutes. No other issues at all. We will definitely stay again when we are in the Tulsa area.
